By using TinyCard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to everyone who creates, views, or otherwise interacts with a TinyCard.

TinyCard is a free service that lets anyone create a digital gift card and share it as a link. No account is required. Free cards expire 14 days after creation and are then deleted. An optional one-time premium upgrade ($3.99 per card) extends the card's lifetime to one year and removes TinyCard branding.

The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, delivery, or permanence.

TinyCard is designed for sending genuine personal messages and gift cards to people you know. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes within these terms.

You may not use TinyCard to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications. You may not create cards containing illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or material that infringes third-party rights. You may not use the service for any commercial bulk-sending purpose. You may not attempt to circumvent technical limitations or abuse the service in ways that harm other users or the infrastructure.

We reserve the right to delete cards that violate these terms without notice.

You are responsible for the content you create. By creating a card you confirm that you have the right to share the content and that it complies with these terms. We do not pre-screen card content but may remove content that is reported as harmful or illegal.

Card images are provided through Unsplash and are subject to the Unsplash licence. Photographer credit is always displayed on the card in compliance with Unsplash's guidelines.

Free cards are automatically made inaccessible 14 days after creation. Premium cards remain accessible for one year from the date of upgrade. After expiration, the card and all associated data may be permanently deleted without notice. If you need a record of your card, please save the content before it expires.

You can delete your card at any time using the edit link provided when the card was created.

When you create a card, you receive a private edit link. This link grants full control over the card — anyone with it can edit or delete the card. Keep it private. We cannot restore access to a card if you lose your edit link, and we cannot prevent someone from modifying a card if they obtain your link.

Premium upgrades are one-time payments processed by Stripe. By purchasing an upgrade, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Payments are non-refundable as the upgrade is applied immediately. Premium features are tied to the specific card that was upgraded and are not transferable.

TinyCard is provided free of charge and without any service-level commitment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but this is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, failed deliveries, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which TinyCard operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
